Local cleaning, run like clockwork.

Shore & Stay Cleaning is a small family business based in Fakenham, cleaning holiday lets and homes along the North Norfolk coast. The cleaning is done by Tina, with a nursing background — which means a nurse's standards of hygiene, and an eye for the small things guests notice.

What you can count on

• A fixed changeover checklist, the same every time.
• Photos of every room, as found and as left.
• We never take on more changeovers in a day than we can do properly.

How the booking side works

Behind the cleaning is our own booking system. It reads owners' calendars, books every clean, and keeps a record of every change — so nothing depends on someone remembering a message.
