For holiday-let owners
Your calendar books the cleans. You get the job sheet.
1. Sign up the property
Bedrooms, bathrooms, beds, key safe, your usual checkout and check-in times, anything unusual. You'll see your price as you go.
2. Link your calendar
Copy the export link from your platform and paste it in. Five taps on Airbnb — or we'll do it with you in a three-minute call.
3. That's it
We read your calendar every 15 minutes. Every booking gets its changeover. Every Friday you get next week's list so you can spot a gap.

Genuinely flexible
When plans change, the cleans change with them.
A new booking appears
A changeover is booked on the checkout day, in the window between checkout and the next check-in.
A guest extends their stay
The clean moves to the new checkout date, and we tell you.
A booking is cancelled
The clean is cancelled. Free with 48 hours' notice; the cancellation terms apply inside that.
A last-minute booking (clean due within 48 hours)
If there's room that day, it's accepted with the short-notice charge and confirmed. If not, we tell you straight away.
A stay of 7 nights or more
We add a mid-stay refresh, if you've opted in.
Back-to-back, same-day turnover
Standard. It's the normal case.
You take a direct booking off-platform
Tap “Add a stay” in your portal, or ring us.
Your calendar link stops working
We notice, we email you a re-link guide, and your existing cleans stay booked.

The job sheet
Every visit, on the record.
- Visit — property, dates, who cleaned, time in and out.
- As found — a photo of each room on arrival, before anything is touched.
- Issues — each with a photo: damage, breakage, missing items, maintenance, low stock, left property.
- Linen — sets taken away and sets returned.
- As left — a photo of each room when finished.
Open issues stay on a running list for the property until you mark them resolved.
Questions
What owners ask.
- Do I need to be on Airbnb?
- No — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and channel managers like Lodgify or Smoobu all export a calendar link. One link from a channel manager covers every platform.
- What does the calendar link let you see?
- Only the dates of each stay and whether it's a booking or dates you've blocked. Never guest names, numbers or prices.
- Who supplies the linen?
- You do — at least two full sets per bed, three if you take stays under three nights. We strip, make up from the clean set, and take the used set to a commercial laundry. The sets just rotate.
- How do you get in?
- A key safe or smart lock. Codes are stored encrypted and only shown to the cleaner on the day of the job.
- How do I pay?
- Your card is saved securely at sign-up and charged when each clean is marked finished. Letting agencies can have a monthly invoice instead.
- What if something's broken?
- It goes on the job sheet with a photo the same day. Anything urgent — a leak, or the property not fit for guests — we tell you straight away.
